Overview
Yunnan Cancer Hospital, also known as the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University and Yunnan Cancer Center, is the only Grade 3A specialized cancer hospital in Yunnan Province. Established in 1984 and opened in 1992, it provides comprehensive oncology services including diagnosis, treatment, teaching, research, and prevention. With 1,498 beds and advanced equipment including TOMO, PET/CT, and multiple linear accelerators, it serves as the regional cancer treatment center for Southwest China and receives international patients from Vietnam, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
